1. Product Samples

• Customers may purchase sample sets to experience fragrances before committing to full-size bottles.

• Each sample set is non-returnable and intended for personal use only.

• Promotional offers (e.g., coupons with sample purchases) are valid only once per customer unless otherwise stated.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• Full-size perfume bottles may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

• Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

3. Coupons & Discounts

• Discount coupons issued with sample purchases are redeemable only on selected full-size perfumes.

• Coupons are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used before the stated expiry date.

• Only one coupon may be applied per order unless otherwise specified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

• Standard delivery timelines vary by location (typically 5–7 business days).

• Free shipping may apply to orders above a specified value.
