1. Product Samples

Customers may purchase sample sets to experience fragrances before committing to full-size bottles.

Each sample set is non-returnable and intended for personal use only.

Promotional offers (e.g., coupons with sample purchases) are valid only once per customer unless otherwise stated.
2. Returns & Exchanges

Full-size perfume bottles may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
3. Coupons & Discounts

Discount coupons issued with sample purchases are redeemable only on selected full-size perfumes.

Coupons are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used before the stated expiry date.

Only one coupon may be applied per order unless otherwise specified.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Standard delivery timelines vary by location (typically 5–7 business days).

Free shipping may apply to orders above a specified value.
