SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with The Gilded Musk Company! We take great care in crafting and packaging our scented candles to ensure they arrive safely and smell amazing. Please review our shipping policy below:

 

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 4-7 business days.

  • Custom or bulk orders may take longer; estimated production times will be communicated at checkout or via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard: 3–7 business days

 

Free Shipping

  • Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over 499 INR ( In Pune ) and 749 INR for Rest of India.

  • International orders are excluded unless otherwise stated in promotions.

 

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all states and territories in India.

  • International shipping is available to select countries. Please check at checkout or contact us directly for international inquiries.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us at contact.thegildedmusk@yahoo.com.

 

Packaging

  • All candles are securely packaged using eco-friendly, recyclable materials whenever possible.

  • We ensure that our packaging prevents damage during transit, but if your candle arrives broken, please contact us immediately.

 

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate and make it right.

International Shipping

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Return & Exchange Policy

At The Gilded Musk Company!, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our hand-poured candles. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we're here to help.

 

Returns

  • We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects (e.g., broken jars, severe tunneling, or unburnable wicks).

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please email us at contact.thegildedmusk@yahoo.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective item.

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

 

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before purchasing to ensure the best scent and product selection for your needs.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, used candles or candles without original packaging cannot be returned, even if only partially used.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as scent preference or accidental orders.

 

Damaged During Shipping

  • If your candle arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist.
